Brand Identity

Meraki

✦ Meraki '24 — Pre-Grad Show Branding
Meraki is a pre-graduation showcase event celebrating student creativity, individuality, and growth. I developed the visual identity for the 2024 edition — from the event logo to digital invitations and visual elements used across print and social media.

The logo is built with a playful, abstract typographic style — bold yet irregular — reflecting the unique mix of voices and creative paths in the graduating class. A high-contrast black and pink color scheme was chosen to feel modern, energetic, and celebratory.

To complement the typography, we created a circular modular motif system that appears across materials in different colors. These visual forms act like anchors — bringing motion, rhythm, and consistency across posters, invites, and wayfinding assets.

The goal was to create a system that feels festive but also distinctly designed — a graphic language that holds attention while staying true to the creative spirit of the graduating class.

Optigaze

✦ Optigaze — Eyewear Brand Identity
Optigaze is a conceptual eyewear brand developed as part of a collaborative design project. Our team was tasked with building a complete brand identity that captured the essence of modern vision — combining clarity, style, and innovation.

The visual language was designed to feel sleek and contemporary, reflecting the precision and detail associated with quality eyewear. From logo design to type selection, color palette, and layout systems, every element worked together to communicate a refined and forward-thinking brand personality.

Working in a group allowed us to merge diverse ideas and perspectives, resulting in a well-rounded identity that balanced strategy with creativity. The final outcome demonstrates our ability to think cohesively as a team while executing a brand system that feels clean, consistent, and ready to live in the real world.

Thy Wisteria

✦ Thy Wisteria
Thy Wisteria is a delicate, emotionally grounded brand identity created for an independent jewelry maker. Designed for a friend who crafts unique, hand-made pieces, the brand needed to reflect both her artistry and the quiet, ethereal charm of her creations.

The identity is built around a custom moth-inspired logo, symbolizing transformation, subtlety, and beauty in nature — echoing the essence of her jewelry. The logo’s fine, symmetrical detailing mirrors the care and intricacy found in her handcrafted work.

Typography and color were chosen to complement this softness — using a serif with gentle rhythm and a palette grounded in muted purples and creams, evoking a sense of elegance and mystique. The supporting visual system includes brand elements, textures, and QR-activated touchpoints to extend the brand across print and digital platforms.

This project reflects a balance of sensitivity and structure — a personal collaboration where design became a reflection of the maker herself.
